Rapid reporting is absolutely key to assuring good medical recovery, and as shown in the charts below, is key to reducing lost days, overall costs and litigation.
Only a few days can make a significant difference.

PLEASE:
- Instruct your employees to immediately report all injuries.
- Within 24 hours: fill out the Supervisor Incident Report (SIR) form.
