Career development of all employees promotes diversity within the University. In an organization that truly fosters diversity, all employees are encouraged and given tools and opportunities to expand their skills and grow within the organization. Managers and supervisors are coached and given the tools to support employees? career development. Systems of leadership development and succession planning are in place, with criteria and paths for advancement public and visible to all.
