This site is intended specifically for HR professionals or those who aspire to be HR professionals.  Human Resources encompasses a variety of specialties (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, Learning and Development, etc.).  Some people prepfer to speicalize while others look to be HR “Generalists” with expertise in all the HR areas.
