Paying for Courses
The easiest way to pay for courses is via recharge .
Recharge
Please be sure to include all the information that your department will need to identify the charge. Fund and DPA are required. Program Code, Fund Year (FYR), and Departmental Reference Number should be included if your department uses them. Departmental Reference Number is usually a P.O. Number or reference number from a department's tracking system.
Save Fund and DPA
If classes are always charged to the same Fund and DPA, you can save the information in your profile so that you don't have to look it up every time. After you log in, click on the "Update my profile" link below your "logged in" name, and add or change your Fund and DPA.
Pay by Check
You can also pay for courses via check. Please make the check payable to "U.C. Regents"and mail to Development and Training, UCSF Human Resources, Campus Box 0834, 3333 California St., Ste. 305, San Francisco, CA 94143-0834. Attention to Aileen Tam. Your enrollment will be pending until your check is received.
