*How do I correct my invalid recharge information?

When you choose to pay for a "fee-based" course by recharge, the online enrollment system verifies your DPA-Fund-Program code-Fund Year information against a table of valid recharge information. You will be notified in your confirmation email only if the recharge information you entered is INVALID.

If you are notified, make corrections online as follows.

1. Double check your recharge information entry, make sure the numbers are not transposed.

2. Check with your MSO, Manager, or your Budget Analyst for a VALID recharge information.

3. Log in to the online enrollment system (you can log in from this help page).

4. Select the "Go to My Training Plan" link on the right menu.

5. On your training plan page, your course enrollments are listed below the "Enrolled" group title.

6. Find the invalid recharge information and select the update link to the right of the enrollment's Payment info.

7. The update link will open where you can change your recharge data and your registration information.

8. Correct the recharge data and select the [Save changes] button
at the bottom of the page.

9. Please double check your profile as well by clicking on the "Update my profile" link on the right, scrolling to the bottom, checking the payment information (fund and DPA), and correcting them if needed.

* If your account information is still invalid after you have modified your account or if you did not correct your recharge information prior to attending the course, a reminder email will be sent to you.
