The Team:
Don Diettinger, Development and Training Manager [+ -] Don Diettinger brings more than 30 years experience in line management, consulting, project management, and learning program development and delivery. Much of Don's most recent experience prior to coming to UC in 2001 is in dealing with large organizational re-engineering and change management. Aja Duncan, Leadership Development Program Coordinator [+ -] Aja Duncan is a professional writer and diversity educator with extensive experience designing learning programs for individual and organizational development. Aja is also a co-active coach, facilitating transformation in individuals' professional and personal lives. Patsy Kennedy, Learning Consultant [+ -] Patsy Kennedy joins UCSF as a Learning Consultant for Development and Training. She brings more than 14 years experience in leadership and talent development, organizational research and survey, succession planning, diversity integration, and consulting and coaching services. Patsy’s industry experience includes pharmaceutical retail, health care, financial services, staffing and non-profit. She graduated, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters of Arts degree in Intercultural/Organizational Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Patsy is passionate about optimizing talent and engaging others to succeed beyond self and other's expectations, while leveraging operational processes and existing resources to achieve an organization's mission and vision. Catherine Liddell, Learning Consultant [+ -] Katy Liddell has more than 20 years of HR experience with special focus on learning and organization development. She has designed, developed, and delivered soft skills training, as well as systems training. Katy has facilitated numerous upward feedback sessions for senior managers with their direct reports and coached them to improve their working relationships. She has also facilitated myriad teambuilding sessions for teams to improve processes and business efforts. She has worked in the U.S., Mexico, and Chile. Aileen Tam, Project/Program Coordinator Elisabeth Trowbridge, Instructional Designer [+ -] Prior to joining UCSF as an instructional designer in 2008, Tacy Trowbridge worked in education technology for 15 years managing professional development programs for educators, teaching, writing curriculum, and designing online learning. She has worked with Teachscape, Classroom Connect, PBS, Stanford University's Persuasive Technology Lab, and San Francisco-area schools. Tacy Trowbridge earned a bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University and a Master's degree from Stanford University's School of Education in Learning, Design, and Technology.
