Staff employees of UCSF in the spring of 2006 had a third opportunity to “lead the way” in defining and enhancing the work-life at our campus by providing honest, open, and confidential opinions about the organization as a whole, departments or work units, supervisors, and jobs.
The employee opinion surveys were confidentially tabulated by Morehead Associates, an external employee survey agency. The results presentation will be specially designed to ensure that all opinions, both positive and negative, are conveyed to senior managment to effect changes, enhance our successes, and support our institution’s diverse cultures in positive directions.
