Fastest way to get your requisition posted
Human Resources successfully rolled out the online requisition submittal process in June 2004. We have over 15 client departments utilizing the online requisition system.
One of our clients in Development stated the following about the new online requisition: “I really like the online requisition process. Once the hiring manager and the approvers understand the process, it is so quick.”
The new online requisition provides the following added benefits:
- Posting turnaround time within 24 hours when a straight replacement without significant duty changes is submitted online, a reduction of 50 percent.*
- The signature approval process is electronic and more streamlined.
- Finally, by inputting your own requisition you will immediately receive the requisition number.

*Currently, HR promises a 48 hour turnaround time for requisitions to be posted when submitted via e-mail, mail or fax that are straight replacements without significant duty changes.
