Fiscal Year 2008-09 at a Glance
In addition to providing ongoing consultative services and contributing to campus compensation strategy and planning, the Compensation and Strategic Rewards Unit supported campus business needs with the following activities:
- We classified 1242 new jobs;
- We reviewed and analyzed 446 jobs for reclassification;
- We conducted 337 reviews for salary equity increases;
- We reviewed and analyzed 169 requests for administrative
stipends.
What you may not realize is, in addition to providing these services for the UCSF campus, in July of 2008, we entered into an affiliation agreement with the Office of the President, and our unit provides these same services in support of the business needs of UCOP.
