Employee Requisition Form/AA Goals
Submitting this form to your Human Resources Team with a job description will initiate the recruitment process. You also identify your departmental affirmative action (AA) goals on this form. Upon receipt and processing of your requisition form, your recruitment team is available to discuss a recruitment plan that can help you meet your department’s and the University’s goals of a diverse workforce. Search Firms
Under specific circumstances, the use of search firms may facilitate the department’s efforts to attain diversity goals.
