2006-2007 Merit Program and Staff Compensation Plan
As you may know, state leaders recently adopted a state budget for fiscal year 2006-07. The state budget action, in conjunction with consideration of market and internal pay relationships, has contributed to the development of a compensation plan proposal for non-represented UCSF staff members that consists of three principal components:
- Salary range adjustments and a merit increase program
- A focused examination of salary equity
- Continuation of the Staff Recognition and Development Program
