Robert Dale, Recruitment Consultant

Robert Dale joined UCSF in 2000 as an Analyst working out of the Temporary Employment pool assigned to the Development and Training unit. In 2001, he became a career employee and later transferred into the Temporary Employment Unit as an Analyst. Robert was later promoted to a Staffing and Compensation Analyst, and with the reorganization of the HR office is working as a Recruitment Analyst assigned to support both UCSF and UCOP recruitment efforts.

Linda Howze, Client Services Analyst II, Preferential Reemployment Coordinator

Linda Howze started in the private sector and has more than 15 years of experience as a budget and financial specialist and four years as a staffing manager and supervisor in the healthcare field. She began her UCSF career two-and-a-half years ago as an Administrative Assistant in Labor Relations and was promoted to a Client Services Analyst in Recruitment. She is also the Preferential Reemployment Coordinator for Campus. Linda's duties include recruitment, outreach, and resume referrals. She also analyzes and responds to service requests in reference to advertising, career website, and general HR questions. And, as the liaison for preferential employees, she interprets and provides information regarding preferential and rehire policies to candidates campus wide.
