Detailed information about the Postdoctoral Scholar Benefit Plan and step-by-step enrollment information can be found at the Garnett-Powers & Associates website.

  • Transfer from PSBP to Faculty/Staff Benefits Program

The newly appointed faculty member must complete a UPAY 850 Form to enroll in benefits within the new PIE instead of going to AYSO.  Reason: Though AYSO will allow for the enrollment and provide a confirmation, the enrollment will not upload to OLPPS.

Medical, dental and vision will begin on the first day of the second month following the date of the new appt.  If the faculty member wants the faculty medical, dental and vision to begin on the same day as the new appointment he/she must complete the PSBP Early Termination Request Form and submit it to the new dept along with the PSBP Enrollment/Cancellation Form and the UPAY 850 Form.
