UC Nondiscrimination in Employment Policy Update
The UC nondiscrimination in employment policies were recently revised with a technical change in the retaliation provision. The technical change clarifies the intent of the University’s policy prohibiting retaliation against a person who assists someone with a discrimination complaint or participates in the resolution of a discrimination complaint.
