Sample Business Plan
Business Reason
The Department of Gastronomical Delights requests the indefinite layoff of Julia Child, Food Service Worker, due to reorganization of services. The DGD is scheduled to move to a new location, the Union Square Campus, on January 1, 2004. The move has prompted a change in the level of services required to support faculty. Currently, a Food Service Worker provides part time culinary support to the Kitchen Staff.
An organizational chart of Chef D. L’Orange’s kitchen can be found in Appendix A.
As a result of the interdepartmental organization structure that has been adopted on the Union Square Campus, PI’s from different departments will share support staff amongst departments.
