Renewed Outplacement Services Contract

The University of California, San Francisco provides non-represented employees in the Manager and Senior Professional (MSP) and Professional and Support Staff (PSS) programs who are laid off the opportunity to participate in outplacement services offered through Lee Hecht Harrison and paid for by the respective department. The contract with Lee Hecht Harrison has been renewed through August 31, 2012. The PSS program remains the same in cost at $810 per person and the service description continues to include career consultation and participation in career modules. The cost of the MSP program has been lowered from $9,000 per person to $7,500 per person. The MSP program continues to provide an extensive 12 month executive search but the 12 months of in person service has changed to six months in office and six months of virtual self-pace. The price change for the MSP program is effective for employees that are laid off on or after September 1, 2009.

If you have any questions, please direct them to the Labor and Employee Relations Analyst assigned to your department.
