Policy and Contract Quick Index Tool

Labor and Employee Relations is pleased to provide an index of University policies and collective bargaining agreements for easy reference to key human resources topics. A column is provided for each bargaining unit and policy reference for non-represented employees. Each row reflects a frequently referenced staff human resources issue. Clicking the links within each box will take you to the applicable policy or contract article related to that issue.

You may access the index from the Collective Bargaining Agreement Web page or from the Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM) Web page. Questions may be directed to your assigned Labor and Employee Relations Analyst.

You should instruct your employees to immediately report all injuries; refer them to UCSF’s Designated Medical Provider; remove, tag, and store any broken equipment that caused the injury; and complete the Supervisor Incident Report (SIR) form, and fax it to DMS within 24 hours. The fax number is: 415-476-2328. For additional information, please refer to the Supervisor Incident Protocol website.

UC Retirement Readiness Education Programs

Please pass this on to your colleagues, circulate invitations, post the actual scheduled workshops happening near your location, or otherwise re-broadcast these weekly reminders about our valuable (free) education programs for faculty and staff. Bring your lunch, your questions, your spouse/partner ...

Usually there can be at least one (or more) workshop(s) per week scheduled at various UCSF locations around town. For more details and listings for upcoming scheduled presentations, please refer to our Workshops and Presentations Schedules menus found at our local UCSF HR/Benefits website.
