Improve Your Team Performance Skills
Participating in affordable, on-going professional development is a key component to being an effective UCSF supervisor, manger, or team member. The Professional Development fall 2008 series of workshops, offered at $35 per session, is intended to address skills for enhancing team performance. UCSF supervisors, managers, and staff are invited to participate in the workshops, located at the Laurel Heights Conference Center, Chancellor’s room.
Kicking off the series, Jamie Woolf, MS, will present Conflict Management and Resolution on September 24, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
Elaine Fukuhara Schilling, MPA, will conduct the October 22 workshop on How to Conduct Effective Meetings from 8:30 a.m to 12 noon.
Wrapping up the series, Elaine Fukuhara Schilling will return on November 19 to present Team Building for Enhanced Productivity and Retention from 8:30 am to 12 noon.
