Understanding Post-Employment Benefits
Competitive salary and benefit programs are crucial to attracting and retaining top-tier faculty and staff at the University of California. An informative guide has been created to help FAS managers better understand changes to UC post-employment benefits and to explain changes to employees. Learn about the current issues facing the UCSF retirement plan and benefits, and read about approved Regent actions to help insure long-term financial stability.
One More Week to Complete Employee Engagement Follow-Up Survey!
Thank you to all who have taken the 1 or 2 minutes required to complete the 3 question Employee Engagement Follow Up survey! For those who haven’t, there’s still time to help identify areas where we can improve our communication and action planning based on the original survey results from last year. Only organization demographics and the following 3 questions will be asked:
- Employee Engagement results were reviewed with employees in my organization (yes/no)
- My work group developed an action plan(s) to address survey findings (yes/no)
- I have seen progress on our plan (yes/no)
Access the survey before April 20th here.
Please contact Don Diettinger at 476-4841 if you have any questions on the Employee Engagement survey, or on how to best share results with your team.
