Summer Student Training

Now that UCSF has transitioned safety and compliance training to the UC Learning Center, it is necessary to ensure that OLPPS inputs are prepared for summer students to allow them to access the system. This can be achieved easily by submitting an excel spreadsheet with information on your summer students to Esther Carmona. Esther’s team will enter the information into the identity management system, which will trigger the creation of a UCSF ID number, UCNetID number, and ultimately access to the learning management system. Once access is provided, interaction with the learning management system will be the same as other UCSF employees.

Allow 3 days for the information to be input into OLPPS, and an additional 3 days for the information to migrate to the learning management system. Please contact Esther Carmona with any questions regarding the process.

What’s Up with Learning & Development?
