United Behavioral Health Website Updated to Include LPPI Clinicians
United Behavioral Health has updated its UC-specific website to include the clinicians at LPPI. All of the LPPI clinicians are listed as UBH in-network providers for UC employees, retirees and their dependents.
Individuals receiving behavioral health benefits from United Behavioral Health can access specific provider information on the UBH website. Please see the Evidence of Coverage for your plan to verify specific information on coverage or call UBH Customer Service.
To access this website you will need to log-in to the UC-specific website from the public UBH website http://www.liveandworkwell.com If you do not have a user name and password you can log on using an access code. The access code for UC is 11280. Once you are on the UC-specific site you can either search by clinician name or search for a list of providers by zip code. To obtain a list of LPPI providers, search using zip code 94143. You may also contact UBH at the following toll-free number 1-888-440-8225 to determine whether a clinician is contracted with UBH or to obtain a list of contracted clinicians in your area or clinicians with a particular expertise.
