News Update; March 20, 2009

The process of sorting out HR functions, roles, and responsibilities for the UCOP-UCSF HR Affiliation is nearly complete, and the Service Level Agreement should be finalized within the next few weeks.

UCSF HR is undertaking a significant effort to modify, and where appropriate, create a comprehensive HR website for UCOP. The project plan calls for each unit to modify the content of HR webpages. Hundreds of webpages are impacted. The goal is to have an HR website up and available for UCOP staff and managers by the end of June 2009. Other systems issues related to the Temporary Employment Program and the Applicant Tracking Systems are continuing to be evaluated, while payroll access and Risk Management System issues have largely been resolved.
